I was asked to give feedback about my shipping experience. The staff reached out directly which I thought was pretty amazing. They asked me for ideas how to improve the experience, I gave them some ideas for Veterans discounts and the part that I really appreciated was she listened and seemed really interested in looking into that possibility.
