Refund policy

Merchandise purchased on our website, as well as in our stores, is returnable for STORE CREDIT only.

Returns must be accompanied by your receipt or packing slip within 30 days of purchase with your email and phone number.

Merchandise MUST be in new condition, unworn, with all the original tags attached.

Merchandise that does not meet all the criteria above cannot be returned.

When your return is received and meets requirements, you will be emailed a gift card code to re-spend on ROLO.com or in one of our San Francisco stores.
