The 3301 is a classic 5-pocket jean and represents the cleanest style in the G-Star denim range. Based on the hard-wearing laborer's pant of Western origins, which was known for its ‘non-fit’, the 3301 is a wardrobe staple. Its name is derived from the fabric and color code of the first raw denim introduced by G-Star in 1996.
The G-Star 3301 slim jeans feature a classic 5-pocket construction inspired by authentic Western jeans. This jean has a button fly. Black stretch denim woven in a 3x1 right hand twill construction, offering an authentic slub character and a soft handfeel. Deep black surface is achieved with Archroma's sustainable Diresul RDT dyestuff. Although rich in its color, this base has been designed to create an array of grey and anthracite tones once aged.

This style used to be a slim cut. I have worn many pairs of this style in the same size for many years, and they were always consistent in fit up until recently, when 3301 slim style was changed. The fit is no longer slim and the jeans are skin tight. I have now abandoned G-Star entirely and will be switching to Nudie, who makes a much better product.
